Kathryn Glenn

I literally cannot say enough good things about Kathryn Glenn. This was the first house I owned so I was completely in the dark as to how the whole selling process would go. She explained everything to me (sometimes multiple times) so that I understood what was going on and what certain things meant. Started talking to her months prior about selling when it was first an idea in my head. She was super helpful giving recommendations for home improvements and had data on the returns if I were to make those improvements. When the time hit, it was an all out rush for me needing to move and she was absolutely amazing. So flexible with my crazy schedule and contractors. I’m so unbelievably thankful to have worked with her.

Katherine was delightful, available, professional and extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of navigating a complex real estate deal. She kept us on track every step of the way including helping us to find an inspector, assisting in the purchase of adjoining land and getting the property surveyed.
