Kathryn sold my property within a month of listing. It' been for sale of a few years. After the last listing expired, I called a realtor and she listed my land. Within a month, we closed on my property. She was honest, reliable and knowledgeable in her job. I'll get ahold of her again I'd I need to sell future property.

Kathryn met and exceeded our expectation as a real estate agent. She work through the problems that arise during the sale and the emotions and kept things calm.

Kathryn is the best agent in Gladwin!! She knows the area well, her word is good as gold, answers every question or phone call and has your best interest at heart. She has been our agent as a buyer and a seller now and we have been COMPLETELY satisfied both times. I would give her more than 5 stars, except I can't find a way to do it.

Kathryn is very pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable about what she's doing in Real Estate.
