I live 1.5 hour from Gladwin and many transactions were completed via e-mail and all aspects were handled with complete professionalism. Kathryn sold my property within a month of listing. It' been for sale of a few years. After the last listing expired, I called a realtor and she listed my land. Within a month, we closed on my property. She was honest, reliable and knowledgeable in her job. I'll get ahold of her again I'd I need to sell future property.
