She was professional yet very caring to our needs. We had several obstacles throughout the selling and closing that she managed to closely follow to resolve all our issues. We thought this would be an easy process, however, the health dept changed/ revised the rules. Kathryn thru much research resolved all our issues. She did am outstanding job on the total sale.
