I have to say, the next time our house burns down and we need another one really fast -- or even if it doesn't, and we need one for any reason -- Kathryn will be our first call. Fate (and an algorithm) connected us, and from then on we had instant and constant communication, before, during, and after the buying process. During a very stressful time (and really, all home-buying times are stressful), Kathryn took the worry out, calmly made sure we met all our deadlines and paperwork needs, and connected all the parties to lead us to a calm and easy closing.
