The smoothest and most pleasant process ever!

I have to say, the next time our house burns down and we need another one really fast -- or even if it doesn't, and we need one for any reason -- Kathryn will be our first call. Amazing experience!

We purchased an investment property in the Los Angeles area site unseen. Kathryn went above and beyond to be our eyes and ears as we navigated this purchase.
