Kathryn is amazing!! Our sale was challenging to say the least and she was there for us every step of the way. We had a very small window of opportunity to sell and our home was in need of clean up and stagging. Kathryn sold our house in 2 days for above asking, we could not have done it without her!!

Myself and my husband moved in WPB from MD. The reason is retiring and wanted to be Around family. I visited Andros Isle in 2017 Came to the gate , but could not enter without a realtor. The person at gate give me Kathryn’s business card. I called and within 2 Hrs she met us, drove us around and made appointment for 2 homes.
