I’m confident if it wasn’t for Kathryn, my house wouldn’t have sold to the interested buyer. Not only did she do all of the necessary (and unnecessary) work required for her seller, she went above and beyond assisting the buyer, as well! Doing the final walk through with them, setting up the closing & answering questions the buyers agent just couldn’t seem to do. Such minor things an agent should/could do; the buyers agent simply didn’t. It’s truly a shame she couldn’t get all of the commission. Kathryn, from start to finish, maintained the highest level of professional composure and simply believes that the universe will take care of her.
