Kathrin guided us so efficiently and with such care. Home buying was the least appealing thing I could imagine, but Kathrin really made it a grounded practical exercise that ultimately turns out, made home buying achievable! She really took the time to understand our goals and needs and then when she knew what we were targeting, she reached out to a seller before a perfect house even went on the market to lock down a tour and then a deal for us. Kathrin made my buying experience a breeze. She was always fast responding to my questions and requests to view properties. She knew the local market very well, and sent me properties that fit my needs. She was away when we closed, but she has arranged for a colleague to help us, and she still answered emails even on vacation. I still felt very well taken care of. She also helped me find services related to the purchase which was very helpful.. I would highly recommend her to any friends looking to buy a home, and plan to call her next year when I look at buying an additional property.
