I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t understand all the intricacies that went into purchasing a home. When I saw a listing for a condo in Belmont Shores near the beach, I reached out to Kathrin and asked her if I could get a viewing of the place. Even though she was out of town at the time, she reached out to a colleague who coordinated a viewing of the place with listing agent the very next day.
