I was a first time homebuyer and didn’t understand all the intricacies that went into purchasing a home. When I saw a listing for a condo in Belmont Shores near the beach, I reached out to Kathrin and asked her if I could get a viewing of the place. Even though she was out of town at the time, she reached out to a colleague who coordinated a viewing of the place with listing agent the very next day. When I wanted to make an offer on the condo, she was able to recommend a lender who pre-approved me for a loan within a couple of days. Kathrin and the lender were both instrumental in making sure the offer was submitted quickly and offered suggestions about how to make my offer to the seller more attractive. Their hard work paid off as the seller accepted my offer within a couple of days. When I was having difficulty getting a quote for condo insurance, Kathrin was able to recommend an insurance broker who helped me immediately. I would have never been able to do this without the help of Kathrin and her contacts, and for that, I’m extremely grateful.

Katherin is very knowledgeable agent, knows her market and dots her i’s and crosses her t’s. She was amazing throughout the entire process even when there were issues with the buyer.
