Kathrin did an outstanding job. On one particular occasion, we accepted an offer that was $10,000.00 over offering price, the buyer pulled out of the deal at the last minute due to a personal hardship. Within minutes of being notified of the buyers intent to pullout, Katrin called all the other agents who had interested buyers who submitted offers and informed them our house was available again. The aforementioned forms are only a few of the forms she went to great strides to ensure we understood.Within 4 days of listing our house we had 10 showings and five offers. From first showing to closing it took 45 days. It would have been approximately 30 days if the first buyer had not pulled due to a personal hardships.Kathrin did an outstanding job. It was a very easy and pleasant experience working with her. She kept us informed every step of the way. We will definitely work with her again if the opportunity presents itself.
