I can't say enough Kathrin. She has been there for us from the beginning to the end. Kathrin is so approachable and any questions we had, we were able to call her at anytime. We also noticed that she would always be so patient with us; especially during stressful moments. She had the capability to provide immediate details about everything we needed to know via email and verbal (phone). This is important to us because when we have questions, we were never worried about her returning our calls or email in a timely manner. Even while closing our house, she was extremely helpful and going the extra mile for us to help keep the ease of stressful moments that occurred.
