I cannot possibly put into words how amazing this woman is! We recently sold our home in Hinesville, GA after a military PCS and an awful renter turned squatter situation. We flew in from out of town to find the house in need of major repairs. We found Kathrin's name on an online list of top realtors in the area. Boy, did she exceed every expectation we could have possibly had! We reached out to her two days before we needed to fly home. She came the very next day for a walk through. Her knowledge, expertise, and "no bullshit" approach shined immediately.
