Kathlene helped the reviewer buy this property

Friendly and knowledgeable

Kathleen Welsh provided us with a great experience in our search for a home in Flagler County. As newcomers to the area we were not sure where to look. We weren't sure just what we wanted or what neighborhood would suit us best. Kathleen was able to process the input from us over a period of 4 or 5 days to hone in on what we are sure will be a great fit. We made an offer on one property. Kathleen recommended a home inspector who was top notch and found defects not visible upon cursory inspection. We backed away as a result and we're glad we did. So we kept looking. Kathleen was there for us, hanging in there with her discriminating clients (us). We finally found the home we are excited to call our Florida home. If you are looking for a home in Northeast Florida, Kathleen Welsh is a strong choice. She knows the area. She is professional, responsible and a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong with Kathleen Welsh
