KATHLEEN WEST

I've actually worked with Kathleen twice...once to buy my home here while living in CT, and then to sell that home earlier this year. When buying, Kathleen went out of her way to get information, take extra pictures and recommend people to help in various ways if needed. Because of her excellent communication skills and undaunted efforts, I felt comfortable buying the house without seeing it in person! When I moved in, I was very pleased...no surprises and I loved my new home! Six years later, my living situation changed and I ended up being in the home by myself, so I decided to downsize. Kathleen jumped right back into action to help me, giving me advice on staging, pricing, etc. Her husband took wonderful photos for the listing. Despite the fact that the Covid virus was just gaining ground right after putting the house on the market, it went under contract in under 2 weeks! When that buyer backed out and it went back on the market, it went under contract again in under a week. Throughout all the nail-biting moments, Kathleen was always there to reel me in, and we got through the closing despite the fact that she got Covid just as the closing occurred! That's dedication! We still stay in contact because we really enjoy each other's company. So pleased with all she has done for me!
