Kathleen is an amazing real estate agent. I can't recommend her enough!! My boyfriend and I were first-time home buyers, which is already difficult enough, coupled with the craziness of the current market. Kathleen was there every step of the way guiding us through tough decisions and giving her input when needed. She completely understood what we were looking for, and was very diligent in sending us new listings every week. She was always available to schedule a prompt walkthrough (which is very important in the current market as houses can be sold within days). She was very knowledgeable about the current market and structuring our offers strategically to get home. She would always keep it real with us and offer honest advice, even if it meant not getting that particular home which is a great quality to have in an agent. You can tell she is there for you and not just to close a sale. She also has a strong presence in serving SCV which I strongly believed helped us get our home as sellers viewed us as a trusted offer with a locally known agent. If you are looking for an agent that understands the current market and is there for you, then you need Kathleen as your agent. I will be recommending Kathleen to all my friends and family and using her for our future home purchases (or sales).
