Kathleen was so wonderful during the time we were preparing to sell our house, when we were selling our house, and buying a new one. She went above and beyond to respond quickly and to give us so much information. She provided us with information and resources that I would not have known to ask for. We had an offer on our house within a day of listing it and we were able to coordinate our close dates on the house we were selling and buying for the same day. It was a wonderful experience.
