It was a whirlwind but Kathleen kept me on track the entire time. She even called me with updates while I was traveling in Mongolia. (thanks to What's app). I was overwhelmed at one point during packing and her coming over with her son to give me some assistance saved me! Once she helped with nudging my lawyer to provide some needed documents everything flowed as expected and I was able to close while traveling in Washington! Great job!
