As first time home buyers we couldn't have picked a better agent to help us with our purchase. Kathy has decades of experience which is instrumental every step of the way. What we loved most was her honesty about houses we would see. She had a keen eye for things we would never notice that would've been major headaches as homeowners. We unfortunately bought at a time where property's went fast and at above price of listing. As we looked at property's she was quick to judge if the price was right and we were guided by her knowledge of the current market. Once we settled on a property she was with us in negotiating a price and just as importantly the terms of the contract, {Inspections , repairs, etc}. She was available to answer any questions during the entire process and treats her clients as family. Can not go wrong using this agent.
