Kathy McDonald is a wonderful agent as well as an amazing caring person. She cares about her clients as if they are her family and treats them as such! Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, and also about house structures themselves. She was able to guide us and advise on what to watch out for, especially as first time home buyers. We 100% recommend Kathy as the best agent at Berkshire Hathaway!!!

Very knowable of the real estate market. Gave us a target price to expect and was right on! Very professional and communicated on every showing with great follow up.

Both Kathleen and her daughter Lisa provided trusted guidance, service and support in selling my father's home. They did a great job for us and worked hard for us. I highly recommend Kathleen and Lisa..

We couldn't have picked a better agent.Kathy is THE professional in her field. From start to finish Kathy is guiding you to the settlement table. Our house was under agreement in less than 5 days! Kathy knows how to market property to buyers & get the BEST price & Best buyer. Thank you Kathy for our successful sale.

I've worked with multiple Raltors over the years, and my experience with Kathy, and her strong and knowledgeable team, far exceeded them all! She layed out a plan, and executed it like a true professional. She had a stable of expert contractors to assist in getting home ready, knew the ins and outs of the Boro, and always returned emails, phone calls, and responded to texts. If you want to sell your home, she is the one to HELP you navigate the process, and get you to the closing table.

As first time home buyers who were looking for a house while living out of state in VA and had a tight deadline of 3 months, we wanted a realtor who would have the expertise and availability to guide us through the process. Kathy was the perfect choice due to her decades of experience, her extensive knowledge about the South Jersey area and its many neighborhoods, as well as her keen eye during showings. We also greatly appreciated her fantastic communication, quick responses to our many questions via calls and texts, and overall patience and reassurance throughout both the house search and house buying process. In addition, her various connections in the real estate market and beyond were incredibly useful even up to now after we've moved in. We can't recommend Kathy enough and are incredibly grateful to her!

Kathy was absolutely fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She was able to help us every step of the way and definitely went the extra mile for us! I highly recommend Kathy!

From posting the pictures online to the closing, it took 29 days! Kathy walked us through every detail and even bought the fire extinguisher and hung it so that we could get our CO. She responded to all of our questions, any concerns, and was never more than a cell phone call away. When it is time to sell my home, she's the one I'll call.

We have lived in the same house for 40 yrs and wanted to downsize and Kathy McDonald was the Realtor for us. She just knew what we were looking for, from the beginning to the end of the process, she was always available since we had so many questions ! She would walk into houses with us and knew right away what needed to be fixed or replaced and told us the appropriate costs that we would have to consider after settlement if we chose the home up for sale ! We found a great home thanks to Kathy making everything go so smoothly! I would highly highly recommend her and the group of people she works with to find a home or if you are thinking of selling your home! Best experience ever!!

Kathy McDonald not only was our real estate agent when when we bought our house in 2007, we again chose her as our agent when we sold in 2023. Her thoroughness, knowledge, attention to detail, and abilities are excellent. Her warmth, caring, help, and friendship exceed expectations. You can't find a better agent.

Kathy was by far the greatest realtor we could have asked for. She was on top of everything. She made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Plain and simple, she got the job done and she did it very well. If there was any question about anything regarding the house she either had the answer already, or was working hard to figure it out. Her understanding and knowledge of the current market is impeccable. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Kathy was just wonderful. Gave us great advice and support throughout the process. She helped us find our dream home in a crazy market and we know her connections help us not only get the house we wanted but also sell our current house in one day! Kathy was literally available 24/7… for anything and everything. Lisa and the team photographer did amazing with the photos and staging of our house. When hiccups did arise, like they always do, Kathy took care if it. We just love her… thank you Kathy!!!
