We needed to sell our home by a specific date in January. Kathy worked with a local realtor to find a buyer. Not just any buyer, but one that met our move & closing date. Above & beyond that, at the actual closing, Kathy went out of her way and brought the closing proceeds of our old home to the closing of our new home. She saved the day!
