what a true realtor should be
As a buyer of real estate i needed a realtor that was going to show me quality homes in my narrow specific location. kathy from the beginning was full throttle ahead. i wanted to see as many homes as i could fit in my schedule and she delivered. we all know the homes look great in the picture but when you get there , they can be disappointing. so when we found a couple homes , Kathy started the process of placing offers on the homes. Back and forth it went until one was accepted. Then the finishing process started with the inspection and the title company. her work ethics and professionalism went above and beyond.
