Kathy Ladd was great from the very beginning. My mother passed away and we had to sell her home of 60 years that was in a different city from where I live. She was recommended to me by a realtor friend in my area who did all the homework of finding a realtor of excellence. She is a good listener, a person knowledgeable of the market in the area, available, not pushy, but not a pushover either. I trusted her suggestions, her evaluation, her expertise, and her help. She was a great communicator, answered all my questions, worked with my timing and was understanding of my family's needs. She also set me up with an estate sale person. I highly recommend Kathy Ladd.
