A moving deadline and changed closing date put me in a panic as to whether or not I would be able to get the move accomplished by my moving deadline. As I freaked out, Kathleen calmly & patiently listened to each of my concerns. She assured me that she would help me anyway anyway that she could. Shortly after ending our conversation, Kathleen called me back to let me know that she had enlisted her family to help me move if necessary. Fortunately, my closing came before my moving deadline and everything worked out. I was able to get moved before the deadline. Even after I freaked out on her, Kathleen was willing to offer the services of her family to help me. She really went Above & Beyond her role as my agent. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.😁 I am extremely happy in my new home!
