Hi y’all, my name is Kathleen Gillen and I’ve been a homeowner on the Grand Strand for the past 10 years. I am originally from New York where I served as a Police Officer with the New York City Police Department for 20 years. My family and I vacationed here in Myrtle Beach, and I knew right away this was where we wanted to call home. I found the Grand Strand to be ideal for growing young families, professionals of all ages and retirees who are just looking to kick back. An abundance of activities for people of all ages is what sets this area apart. I am a dedicated professional who will work hard endlessly to find you your “Happy Place”. I have a passion for helping others and would love to help you find your new home. Give me a call and let’s work together.
