Kathy helped me find a beautiful senior coop and stayed in contact with the sellers agent all the way to a quick and easy closing. She indulged my desire to return several times to check out details and measurements to be sure my furniture would fit. The entire process was pretty easy because she knew what had to be done at every step.

She encouraged me when there were setbacks ( buyer pulled out due to HOA rules) and kept an eye on the market and kept me advised on what I needed to do as we approached closing while I was out of town.
