From the moment I met Kathleen Bowie I know I was in good hands. She brings a level of professionalism to the table we sadly don’t see much of these days. I loved that she didn’t give me empty promises or allow me to get carried away with what I thought my home was worth. Everything she said made sense. She was with me every step of the way, giving feedbacks after showings and then the great news of a full price offer. During closing Kathleen even picked up on a mistake made by my Attorney, saving me a few thousand dollars. I would highly recommend Kathleen Bowie to anyone, in fact I’ve already done so. Having never met Kathy before, we really lucked out when we called her from Pa. about a listing she had in Delray Beach, Fl. We have plenty of experience buying and selling homes in Pa., but never purchased a home sight unseen and in a different state many miles from home. Kathy made the experience completely stress free. Kathy helped my father with more than one sale/purchase. However, the most recent was the hardest (for me). I had to get involved as my father is getting older and needed to move home to Kentucky. Kathy made this entire process much less stressful than it could have been. She worked with our realtor here in Kentucky and kept me in the loop for every issue.
