We were moving from Ohio to S. Florida to be near our kids. I started talking with Kathy in January 2021. From the outset, I felt like we were a good match. She listened to what we were looking for (even though I was not all that sure at the outset), but as we looked at listings over the upcoming months, we were able to narrow down the areas that would work for us. We came down in April for 3 weeks and we looked at about 12 properties (that's all that were on the market within our parameters.) We were on our second offer by the second week and it was accepted. Kathy was patient and helpful. She was a huge help with a few issues on the inspection. I came back down for the closing in May. She was there for the walkthrough, was a wealth of information regarding contractors, doctors, sprinkler companies, attorneys.
