Kathy helped my father with more than one sale/purchase. However, the most recent was the hardest (for me). I had to get involved as my father is getting older and needed to move home to Kentucky. Kathy is the real deal. Steady - reliable- honest and always available. I can’t say enough good things about Kathy. We were moving from Ohio to S. Florida to be near our kids. I started talking with Kathy in January 2021. From the outset, I felt like we were a good match. She listened to what we were looking for (even though I was not all that sure at the outset), but as we looked at listings over the upcoming months, we were able to narrow down the areas that would work for us. We came down in April for 3 weeks and we looked at about 12 properties (that's all that were on the market within our parameters.) We were on our second offer by the second week and it was accepted. Kathy was patient and helpful. She was a huge help with a few issues on the inspection. I came back down for the closing in May. She was there for the walkthrough, was a wealth of information regarding contractors, doctors, sprinkler companies, attorneys. The market continues to be very tight, but we love the neighborhood we bought in. We appreciate everything Kathy did for us and would highly recommend her.
