Kathleen is an amazing realtor who gives her all to you as a homeowner selling your property and takes the time to listen and understands how to tackle whatever problem presents itself. Her communication and marketing skills are beyond what we expected, and her sophisticated dealings made me feel extremely at ease knowing she was handling each prospective buyer, and us with nothing but truth and class!! I would highly recommend Kathy, for selling any piece of property, whether it be $4 million or $100,000 because she is ALL about dealing with every person involved with grace and dignity!! Kathy Bowie is a class act and a woman of great dignity.
I have used Kathleen Bowie on two sales and the purchase of one home. She is excellent in every category, especially follow up and help with anything that being calling it needs. I give her five stars and more.
Kathy is amazing! She went above and beyond every step of the way. We sold our home with her but currently live out of state, she was present for the inspection, and appraisal because we could not be. We even had a permit issue pop up, and she was all over it, had the town fixing their mistake in a jiffy. We highly recommend kathy for anyone realtor needs we’ve now bought and sold homes with Kathy. The experience is always exceptional.
Thank you for all your help and your patience over the last year trying to find us the right home. You have gone above and beyond to help us purchase our home especially as we are from overseas. Even the smallest details like having snacks in the car from a long day go a long way! Kathy is extremely caring & always focused on what WE wanted. She knows the area’s of south Florida so well and never failed to go the extra mile to help us get more information while we decided what home we wanted.
Kathy was awesome to work with. She made the selling process easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I can’t speak highly enough of Kathy as my real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. Kathy made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. She really listened, cares passionately about her job and her calming manner worked wonders for me. I would highly recommend her!
From start to finish, communication was excellent and the process went perfectly! Kathie was very hands on the whole way and it absolutely helped to have a QR insider representing us. Thank you!
Kathy did an outstanding job for us! Being from out of state we were a couple of novices as to what was involved in purchasing a home in FL. Kathy guided us through the process making our life a lot easier. Kathy has a great personality and an awful lot of patience ... represented her company well!
