As a first time homebuyer, Kathy was amazing to work with. She made this entire experience smooth and painless. Kathy explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly and was always honest and upfront about everything. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, and was always available to answer my many questions. With never being through the home buying process before, and doing so for the first time in a seller's market, I feel very fortunate to have had Kathy guide me through this journey.
