This is our third house with Kathleen, 2 rentals and 1 purchase, and I could not possible recommend her in any stronger terms. She is the absolute best. Kathleen made herself available to me and my family 24/7 and took care of every detail for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and her job. She is nice and friendly, always making you feel like you were her only client. As nice as she is, she is a bulldog when it came to negotiating the contract, and holding the seller to task after inspection. I still talk to her every day, and the service after the sale is just a strong as before. THE ABSOLUTE BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT IN South Florida!!!
