We were trying to move from Murrieta CA. So Kathy did all the leg work previewing and making calls on good and not so good. Eventually she found one that met our criteria. She then lined up the quotes and got us a fantastic deal. Then got financing and Title company involved. While doing that arranged an inspection, got a credit for the few items that were in need of repair. In short we came and saw the property and she did everything else..... including always graciously taking my incessant phone calls!
