Katie was amazing in every aspect of this experience. As a first time buyer I leaned significantly on Katie's expertise to guide me through the FHA process. Katie really saved me from making a bad decision by pointing out things that I would have otherwise missed. She guided me through an FHA application, potential 203k, and finally the house of my dreams. It took about 6 months and 3 different properties due to many things but she remained diligent and patient throughout.
