Katherine is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Just thinking of buying a house made me want to break out in hives, but Katherine made the process seem easy. She was available to answer my questions, give advice, and negotiate on my behalf every step of the way. She also makes it a point to really get to know her clients in a way that helps her find homes that are a perfect fit. I am so thrilled that I had her in my corner throughout the process!

By the time we hired Katherine we had already been through a lot including firing our previous realtor. Katherine is friends with my wife but interviewed for the job as if we were strangers. She took our friendship and business relationship very seriously. She got to know us, our future goals as a family and used her knowledge of the Rock Hill area to find us the perfect house.
