About Katherine

Kathy began her real estate career in 2015 after successful careers as a sales manager for an export company and international tour leader to over 60 countries. She received a degree in International Business in her native Taiwan before migrating to the United States in 2000. The fresh air, natural environment, and friendly neighborhood were key factors for her move from South Pasadena to Cayucos in 2011. When she isn’t busy in real estate or being single parent to her daughter, she volunteers on the rescue crew for the Marine Mammal Center. She is a past president of the Central Coast Chinese Association serving from 2016 to 2018. Kathy understands and appreciates different cultures and applies her life experiences when representing her clients.

Great experience.
