We are very glad to have Katherine as our buying agent. Her knowledge of house condition and market value is excellent. What impress us the most is her honesty. While showing us houses, she pointed out both advantage and disadvantage parts of the property and explained to us if they were fixable and how to fix them. She is also very responsive. All Our questions and concerns are answered quickly almost any time of the day. We found her very reliable and would be happy to do business with her again.
