Endless lies, She was my realtor, i saw house and i liked, i asked about Roof, Air conditioner and structure, she said roof is new, AC is new and no Structure issue, i decided to buy house and she sent me disclose, i sign and sent back, later on again she sent me disclose by quoting that there were some mistakes, i checked AC was 13 years old and roof 8 years, still i decided to buy, we did inspection and inspector told some issues, there were some bad roof and inspector said it would cost you $1500. But she convince me by telling that her husband can fix it for you free.I bought on June 1st and since i am asking her to fix that bad roof but every time she makes excuses, My apartment lease was expiring on July 31st so i said her my mortgage should start from August, I was busy with work so she and my loan officer they were taking care of all, on the closing day my loan officer said your mortgage will start from July, i feel cheated , i had to pay my apartment rent unnecessarily($700). when i got key, my house was so dirty, and kitchen Platform was damage too,i have still saved all messages on my phone if someone want to see as proof,I would never recommend such realtor, who speak lies, i am really sorry for bad review
