It is hard to put into words how impressed I have been with Kate's overall performance. It has been a pleasure working with her and she has made the process of selling my home easy. Kate is considerate, knowledgeable, present, and patient. With just one day of showings, we received multiple offers above asking, due to her insight and recommendations. For example, Kate suggested a professional photographer to best reflect the homes beauty. Kate patiently walked me through the selling process and paperwork, step by step and was able to immediately answer all questions. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate.
