I first met Katelyn Papanicolas at a woman's business trade show in St. Anne's in Middletown, DE. Immediately, I felt comfortable with her knowledge, confidence, and personality. A year later, we were searching for a home and unquestionably contacted her. WOW, my husband and I are truly blessed to have made that decision. Katelyn repeatedly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was our advocate and spokesperson with the builder, and we couldn't have done this without her! She quickly responded to our questions, assisted us with movers, homeowners insurance, a house cleaner, and all other aspects of moving to a new home. We weren't even considering it, but Katelyn strongly suggested an inspector for our new construction home, which was invaluable! Of course, she had an inspector on her team, which made our lives easier. I completely trusted her throughout the entire experience.
