Katelyn pulled off what I thought was an impossible task; sell my house, buy a new house, and close on both the same day!! Her understanding of how to market my house with not only pictures and an on-line posting, but through social media as well, drew a huge crowd on a cold, rainy, April day. I had 14 offers after the open house! As we sorted through the offers, she also found the perfect house for me on the purchase side. Trying to coordinate a sale and purchase at the same time was very stressful for me, but not for Katelyn. After accepting an offer and having the buyer back out 3 different times, she was not discouraged. She continued going down the list of offers and working her magic. As I had made an offer, which was accepted, on the purchase our our dream house, I was concerned about losing that house as I needed a signed contact for the sale of my house to close the deal on the new house. Katelyn, still not flustered, continued working on getting a signed contract for the sale while communicating with the agent for my purchase. I was losing hope that we would be able to get this done before our dream house went to someone else. Katelyn never lost hope. How she was able to sleep was beyond me as I had many sleepless nights. Fast forward, we received a signed contract, and we signed a contract on our dream home. Now came the tricky part.....coordinating all the buyers, sellers, lawyers, agents, mortgage brokers, etc in order to move out and move in at the same time. Low and behold, Katelyn and her recommended lawyer, who played a major role in pulling this off, made it happen, We closed on a Friday morning on the sale of my house, and closed on the purchase of our dream home Friday afternoon. On Saturday, we moved in!! I can't stress enough the professionalism and urgency the Katelyn displayed during this roller coaster of an experience! I highly recommend her to not only help sell or purchase a home, but to help relieve the stress that goes with it!!
