I had to sell a house quickly (divorce) and with a few...challenges (living on the other side of the country). Katelyn was a godsend. She was on her game with every time of advertising possible, really getting the house out there, even during a difficult time of year-the house was listed during the holidays, and STILL closed in less than 4 months. Katelyn is extremely communicative. She kept me up to date on everything, helped me coordinate getting the home show-ready from a distance, and assisted me in navigating the sometimes tricky local rules and regs.
