My husband and I can not rave about Katelyn enough! She was hands down amazing at helping us find our home. She went above and beyond and made the experience delightful, fun, stress free on her end and was always very punctual and responsive! Buying a home can be so stressful, however she made it fun & when any bumps came along in the road she was right there to help solve them.

In a year where it was a total Sellers’ market, Katelyn came to our aid to help us buy our first home after moving to the Syracuse area from out-of-state. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and is quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls. She totally picked up on mine + my husband’s vibes and knew instantly when a house just wasn’t speaking to us. Katelyn was a delight to work with and made this stressful time a lot more enjoyable by always having a positive attitude and encouraging us to keep going even when we felt defeated. Katelyn was incredibly quick to respond whenever I had a location that I wanted to tour. That was the most important thing for me. I never felt like I was missing out on a home because my realtor was slow in getting back to me. She also wasn't afraid to point out any home's drawbacks, which I also appreciated. When you want to buy a home relatively quickly, you tend to see each one through rose-colored glasses, which a realtor could take advantage of. Katelyn made sure I was seeing the aspects of each home that maybe weren't so desirable.
