About Kate

I’m a Colorado native, born and raised in Englewood, where I attended St. Mary’s Academy from K–12. Growing up here shaped my love for the outdoors, soccer, and the importance of community. I earned a degree in Biology from Occidental College in Los Angeles, which strengthened my curiosity and ability to think critically. These skills support the way I guide clients through real estate decisions. Before entering real estate, I spent eight years in Summit County running a tutoring business for student‑athletes and students with dyslexia. Teaching is still one of my greatest joys. I love helping people understand complex ideas, build confidence, and navigate unfamiliar territory. Real estate has become another form of teaching, helping clients make informed decisions and feel supported throughout the process. My real estate journey began in 2018 after my father passed away. I helped my family navigate a 1031 exchange and manage multiple properties, and what began as a necessity quickly became a passion. I now oversee properties across Summit County, Durango, and the western Denver metro area. My hands-on experience with remodels, rentals, and 1031 exchanges taught me the importance of communication, problem solving, and supporting clients through complex situations. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me skiing, exploring the mountains, or out on a walk with my pup, Millie. Colorado’s landscapes are part of who I am, and I love helping others find their own place in this beautiful state.
