We had an unbelievable experience working with Kate to purchase our home in Conshohocken. The market here is tough - by the time you find something you like, it's already been bid on by 8 other parties and is likely under contract. That's why you need someone like Kate! She always had her finger on the pulse of the market and she knew EXACTLY what we were looking for. She took all of our calls, she listened to me whine without complaining once, and she was always prompt, professional and savvy. The seller was demanding (obviously a seller's market here!), but Kate did not flinch once. They wanted a 30 day closing and she got it done. Once we were under contract, we were concerned about water in the basement - the seller denied any issue, but we saw some signs that raised flags. The seller agreed that if it rained during the settlement period and water leaked in that they would pay for remediation. About ten days later, we got lucky twice: First, that it rained. She dropped everything she was doing to drive all the way from her office in Wayne to the property to find that indeed there was water seeping into the front wall of the basement. Without her diligence, we'd be dealing with water issues instead of appreciating the peace of mind that a french drain and sump pump affords you (as paid for by the seller, of course!) It's impossible to say too many positive things about our experience working with Kate. She made it painless, she made it fun!
