Kate, was helping my husband and I Sell and buy our house. She will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need and questions. TL;DR: If you need a Realtor, talk to Kate. Kate Sydnes is an expert in her field, but more importantly, she provides you credible options and let's you make your own decisions. My house had issues that needed renovation, and I asked Kate Sydnes to help me. She found excellent options for me, broke them down by price, and presented everything to me in a way I could understand. For my situation, it was clear to me that it was more cost effective for me to sell my house rather than renovate the one I had. She made that process as painless as possible. If I didn't understand something, she explained it and backed up that explanation up with sources. She never told me what I should do, but when I did ask for advice, she offered solid reasonable advice. When it was all said and done I successfully sold my house, with a return on investment that allowed me to seek a better home for my family. I could not have done it without Kate Sydnes' support.
Kate is such an amazing person to work with! She was super patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the finer details when looking at a prospective house. She actually cares about you getting the right house. It has been a wonderful experience working through the whole process of getting our house. She clearly laid out the pros / cons of any house we were looking at. There was absolutely no pressure to make any hasty decision even though the market was / is crazy right now. It took a while to get the right place (thanks to the state of the market right now) but she was always by our side with a smiling face. Also, once the deal was closed she was there with us to make some changes that were needed before we could move in. Being a first time buyer it was absolutely a wonderful experience buying a house with her. If you are in the market for a house I highly recommend Kate!!! You will thank me later for this one decision in your home buying process!

We found Kate by chance through an open house. We couldn’t have been luckier! She was very knowledgeable of this crazy market and had just as much if not more knowledge of the homes we looked at! We felt she didn’t leave any corner of a house unturned and pointed out any concerns. She also made this process a lot of fun when it could be very stressful (we were buying a house in PA while living in WA prior to relocation). We think she got us our forever home, but if for some reason we had to sell and buy another home we would use Kate again without hesitation!

Kate was absolutely wonderful to work with. We needed to find a home in a crazy market with a deadline (new baby!) and she helped us to efficiently determine which homes had the best value and suited our family, and helped us avoid "money pits" and overpriced homes. When we found "the one," she helped us put together a competitive bid, so we were able to get our top pick! The most impressive part of working with Kate was how detail-oriented she was while looking at homes: she identified good worksmanship, quality, and value, while also looking past surface glitz and glam to find issues that would give us trouble down the line. In a market where it's hard to get a bid accepted with an inspection clause, we felt like she really had given us a very professional mini-inspection even during the walkthroughs. Finally, during the closing process, she navigated a series of bumps in the road on our behalf, and helped us close on time despite a few obstacles! She was a great communicator, as well, throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend Kate more highly; it was an absolute joy to work with her.
