Kate is Great! She was first a very good friend to my Mom who was living alone at her complex. And when Mom decided to transition into Assisted Living Kate stepped up in her profession and handled the sale with much precision. She arranged the final details of preparing the property for sale as I was remotely located. The asking price was right on with current trends and the property was sold on the first day with a full offer because Kate had the awareness to put together a deal with a buyer looking at other properties.
