From the beginning Kate helped us as a first time home buyer understand the full process. She provided daily information in the first ten days on what to expect, terminology/lingo that we as NHB was not familiar with. She also educated us on different parties that would be a part of the process and what they should fulfill in the process. She advised us to question processes if we didn’t understand or was not secure with what was happening. She listened to our ideals and concerns and made adjustments for a great outcome which was a place that works and is suitable for our family. Overall, A great experience!
