Kate is the best realtor we've ever had!

My wife and I loved working with Kate for the sale of our home. We cannot recommend her more highly. She made a turbulent ride during the time of Covid as smooth as possible. She is a wonderful communicator and a joy to work with. Kate went the second mile in the journey to sell our home. She was always positive. Whenever we asked her a question--even if it was one we'd already asked mulitple times--she quickly responded and always with a smile. We never felt like we were imposing upon her which has not been our experience in other home sales. Kate also did an incredibly extensive market analysis preparing our expectations for the sale of our home. Kate also marketed our home to markets in California and Washington that are moving into the Treasure Valley and kept us updated regularly on the interest our house was receiving.
