Kate began with a wonderfully thorough assessment of the comps and priced our house just right, discussing the pros and cons of the pricing and when to have everything go live on the MLS. The video she made of our house was beautiful, super-fun, and she highlighted the wonderful things about our home. We accepted an offer in 36 hours after listing, over the asking price! There were quite a few hiccups with the buyer along the way, but Kate was up-front with us and helped smooth things over when she could. I always knew what was happening, what our deadlines were, and what options we had. I could not have asked for a better selling agent!
