Kate is a stellar Realtor. Over my lifetime, I have purchased 8 homes and sold 7, in multiple states, so I have some basis of comparison. (Thankfully, Kate has been a true partner to me in the 3 most recent transactions.) While other Realtors have been fine to good, Kate stands head and shoulders above others. She has considerable experience in the market, as well as its ups and downs, never leaves you wondering about the status, patiently listens to your anxiety and all the while is reasonable and considerate of both parties in the transaction. (And she's just a great person, to boot.) I always knew she had to work "behind the scenes", but learned only in my latest experience just how much research and work she does there to facilitate the process.
