With 15 years in the service industry as a paralegal, Kate found her calling in real estate, combining her passion for service with her precision for law and ethics.
Known for her meticulous approach to contracts and contract law, Kate has become a go-to expert for commercial property sales, multi-unit investments, and working with developers and builders. Kate is immersed in the New Orleans hospitality community and loves to help local talent secure their property needs. Her current passion lies in working with buyers, especially those looking to invest and develop properties and her focus areas span the vibrant neighborhoods of the French Quarter, Bywater, Marigny, St. Roch, Mid City, Bayou St John, and Slidell.
Kate's journey began with a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, coupled with an Associates in Restaurant and Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School. Her legal expertise comes from her Paralegal Studies from Tulane University in New Orleans, where she honed her skills in litigation and immigration law. Her accolades include being a top-five producing agent at her previous brokerage for consecutive years, a member of the Agent Leadership Council, and earning recognition as a Top Producer with City Business in 2022. She even secured her associate broker license in the same year, showcasing her commitment to excellence in the industry.
